HOW TO USE THE WEDDING WEATHER PLANNER 1. INTRODUCTION Another first on this web site only... you will be able to view the weather forecast 10 days in advance of your special day; this makes planning for your event that much easier. Additional information includes links to very impressive high resolution weather satellite photos, weather maps and other useful information. The following information will be at your fingertips to assist you when making your final arrangements: What will the moon phase be on your wedding day? What time is sunrise and/or sunset? How many days(also shown in increments of hours , minutes and seconds) do you still have to wait to exchange your vows? THE SURPRISE? A complete gallery of your photos. You can print these photos or e-mail pictures to your friends. Alternatively you may utilise this website as an innovative invitation card which reduces your costs in terms of printing. Come on- spread the news, tell all your friends and family to visit your photos on our website. The photos displayed in the gallery section will be listed in alphabetical order as the surname of the groom. 2. HOW DO I GET STARTED UTILISING THIS INCREDIBLE WEBSITE? Send in your photo via e-mail to bo51@mweb.co.za as an attachment in jpg format (the standard camera format). The image should not be bigger than 640x480. Supply the following information with your attachment: First name of groom: Surname of groom: First name of bride: Surname of bride: Wedding date: Town where wedding is taking place: Venue (if applicable):
When should I submit my photos? About a month prior to your special day. Please note that while all the necessary precautions are taken to upload information within 24 hours after submission, there may be delays in this process from which management cannot be held liable for any misrepresentation of information, loss of information or human error. Married couples are also encouraged to submit their photos.
How long will our photo remain on the photo gallery? From the time that the photos are published to our website, you may allow for a viewing time of about two weeks. You are welcome to submit photos from your wedding in addition to the ones sent prior to the big event.
How much will this cost? R100 per photo. The photos will be published as soon as the money is paid into the listed account. Please ensure that you indicate your name as a reference on the deposit slip.
Where do I pay? Payment can be made at any ABSA bank or utilising electronic payment functionality.
